What Clan(s)?
Final Fantasy 11 online of course!! For those who are unaware, Final Fantasy 11 will be played online. You can play it using your Playstation 2 or your Personal Computer. Since it will be online, it will be important to have strong allies who can help you out in battle, and to chat with and have fun. Those of you who have online gaming experience understand and know how important groups, allies, and clans can be in online games.
What is the "Glorious Alliance"?
Final Fantasy 11 will be played in an enormous online world. For any one single clan to be arrogant enough to believe that they can occupy the entire world is probably absurd. Therefore we have created the Glorious Alliance to offer our members some allies no matter where they are in Vana'diel. It is composed of the 3 strongest Final Fantasy XI clans in existence.
Why 3 clans only you ask? There are 3 major countries players will be able to start of f at in the online world of Final Fantasy XI (Van'diel). The Republic of Bastok, the Federation of Windurst, and the Kingdom of San'doria.
Orignially, Riders of the Mist was the only clan here at Gloriousff. Now we've made a treaty and joined forces in our forums with the Windurst Liberation Army. At the time of this writing, each clan has approximately 100 members.
Riders of the Mist will be based out of the Republic of Bastok, which is mostly a Hume (human) country. Members of ROM (Riders of the Mist) may be any class, and any race they choose.
The Windurst Liberation Army will be based out of the Federation of Windurst which is mostly a Tarutaru (little cute magic-using creatures). Members of WLA (Windurst Liberation Army) can be any class or race.
We are still seeking the best clan to create the third branch of the Glorious Alliance. It will be based out of the Kingdom of San'doria which is mostly an Elvvan (Elves which are strong) country. Members will be allowed to be any race or class. If you join the Glorious Alliance, you are given access to all of these hidden clan forums and are allowed to play in any or all of our 3 clans if you wish. Each clan is composed of multiple guilds for members to join.
How to I Join it?
To join the Glorious Alliance, go to the clan forums
Once you are there, register. If your registration is approved for
membership, then your account will be activated in less than 48 hours in most
cases.
We will be neutral as a clan, composed of the dark and the light. In our clan, the focus is fun, you
the clan will be organized so that everyone in it will be useful and have fun whether they want to play once
a week, or 5 hours a day.
This clan will become selective as our reputation increases. If you are looking for a stable clan, that will allow you to be strong in Vana'del, (Final Fantasy 11 world name) then you've found it. We currently are one of the top 3 clans preparing for the release of Final Fantasy XI in the United States and Europe.
Democratic clans have not traditionally worked in online gaming due to weak leadership. Using a revolutionary governmental structure, our clan allows strong, quick decision making, while preserving fairness for all it's members. We have many positions that need to be filled in our councils and sub-clans. Decisions are being made daily. We need your help to build the strongest clan. We are already close to doing so.
We have an executive branch (President, Vice-president,
aides, and cabinet), a law-making branch (legislative) called the Vana'diel
Council which is composed of 20 members and 1 speaker, and a Judicial branch for
court cases called the Order of Wisdom. The Order of Wisdom is 10
appointed judges, 5 independent justices and 5 that make up the Supreme Court.

Already in a clan?
It's okay, you can still join us or check us out in the forums and decide whether you like us or not. You might be interested in learning more
about how we will structure the clan into guilds so that members can
still hang out with small groups of friends and not just be another "number". In this way
our clan will be able to attain a membership much larger than other clans who end up fighting too much.
When will Final Fantasy 11 be Released in the?
Mid- February 2003 in North America is what I've read from many reliable resources.
I am uncertain of the release dates in other places.
I'm from Blah Blah Country, can I still join?
We want members from every country in the world. We don't know totally how the servers will work yet. But we will need leaders to head up our clan in different countries too and on other servers. Help us make the biggest clan for Final Fantasy 11. We already have members from the U.S., Britain, Holland, Belguim, Malaysia, Canada, and Japan with more joining daily. This Alliance will exist on every server that the game comes out in.
